Smashed Potato – Steak Chimichurri

Ever had Smashed Potatoes?! They’re amazing! We start with a Yukon Gold Potato, boil it, smash it, season it and finish it in the oven. This rendition has grilled top sirloin steak, roasted zucchini and cherry tomatoes with fresh grilled corn. We’ve topped it with a housemade Chimichurri and will give you a little extra on the side!
