Our 28-Day Chef Choice Program includes 2 chef-selected meals and 2 snacks per day for the full 28 days. Our chef will create variety throughout your program while doing our best to accommodate the food preferences and restrictions you provide.
Want to include breakfast? You can add either a smoothie or a regular breakfast item to your daily program at the bottom of this page.
Your selected Delivery Day is the day your program begins. Meals are delivered twice per week to keep everything fresh and convenient. 8 deliveries are included.
- Monday Delivery: Meals and snacks for Monday–Wednesday
- Thursday Delivery: Meals and snacks for Thursday–Sunday
Because this is a Chef Choice Program, individual meals are selected for you rather than you selecting them meal-by-meal. Simply choose your preferences, let us know about any restrictions, and our chef will take care of the rest.

This meal plan service was perfect for me, I’m an athlete out of my prime and full time dad with little time to think about healthy food and being on a caloric deficit to shed some weight. The variety of meals were great and tasty as advertised, no frozen meals which i loved. easy to heat up in the microwave and chow down. This service also provided an assortment of snacks to keep on your goals through out the day.
